Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Intralogistics (Hybrid/Remote)

We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join an exciting, rapidly growing global leader in the intralogistics industry. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely, but with a requirement to visit the office in Barcelona or Madrid once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Focus (70%) & Closing (30%): Identify and generate new business opportunities while also closing 4-5 high-value deals per year.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the Sales Director, who will be your primary partner in driving sales and helping close deals.
- Market Growth: Leverage a strong pipeline and an exciting order backlog, including some of the most significant projects in the market.
- Sales Leadership Opportunity: This position offers a clear path to grow into a Sales Director role as the company expands and continues to push boundaries.
